We will not be held responsible for injuries or damage cased by unqualified users of our products. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fully insured for the products that you are using.
PLACING AN ORDER
We will be delighted to accept any order; we do not have a minimum order amount to enable you to order form us. You can order by phone, email or online. Tweezerit reserves the right to refuse to cancel any order at any time and that decision is final.
All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer’s warranty. Please see your Procut Guarantee for more information.
Tweezerit’s total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. Tweezerit will not be held liable for any consequential loss for anything, however arising. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All rights to ownership and possession of goods suppled by Tweezerit shall remain and belong to Tweezerit until payment in full for goods is received and cleared. The customer agrees to keep the goods identifiable as the property of Tweezerit and keep them in a merchandisable condition. The customer as agent of Tweezerit will hold the goods until full payment has been made.

Any typographical, clerical, other omissions or errors however made, in any of Tweezerit’s literature, quotations, price lists, invoices, website or any other documentation supplied by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the company’s part.
PAYMENT – ACCOUNTS
Payment is due 21 days after invoice date. We accept payment by BACS, Cheque and PayPal. Failure to pay on time will be subject to interest being charged on the overdue amount of 2.5% above the Bank of England minimum lending rate and account facilities with be withdrawn. We reserve the right to suspend and pending deliveries and accept no further responsibility on warranties. Credit facilities are excluded on all special item orders which must be paid for in full before dispatch.
Every effort will be made to maintain a stable supply and pricing policy subject to market conditions and variations. All prices are correct at the time of website publish, however Tweezerit reserves the right to alter prices without notice, explanation of notification. We will be pleased to confirm our latest prices by telephone or email, whichever is most convenient. Our current and up to date pricing can be found on the website at www.tweezerit.co.uk. Prices and delivery charges are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are in £ sterling and at the prevailing VAT rate at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY / RECEIPT OF GOODS
We will endeavour to despatch goods to you by the estimated delivery date – usually via 48 Hour Interlink Courier. However, we will not accept liability to deliver within a stated time or day where circumstances are beyond our control, such as delays y delivery companies or manufacturers lead times.
When delivery of Goods has been made, you will need to sign a ‘Proof of Delivery’ document to confirm receipt of your goods. The customer is responsible to check the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. If any discrepancy occurs or evident damage to the packaging, you must note this on the ‘Proof of Delivery’ or refuse the delivery of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and count all parcels / goods before signing any accompanying delivery note. Errors cannot be rectified afterwards.
MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS
Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless the company is advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Tweezerit will not consider any claims made outside the stated notification period.
RETURNING UNWANTED OR INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS
When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected Tweezerit may agree to their return. This request must be made to Tweezerit within 7 days of receipt of goods, excluding bank holidays and weekends. The returning of goods to us will be entirely your responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing parcels that youa re returning to us. Returned goods will only be accepted where a returns authorisation number has been given. This must be quoted on all accompanying documentation.
The following goods only are eligible for return:
1.) Goods which are not perishable or sterile
2.) Goods that not given free or as part of an offer
3.) Goods that are unworn, unused and sent back to us in original packaging
4.) Goods received that have been substituted for original items ordered.
Must be done within 7 working days of receiving goods. Tweezerit reserves the right to apply a handling charge when an order is cancelled. In respect of special non-standard items such as specialised equipment or bespoke items cannot be cancelled, payment ust be paid in full. Cancellation after dispatch cannot be accepted.
